funpkr is exclusively for persons aged 21 years and over. This requirement is enforced at registration through date-of-birth declaration and at the KYC stage through CNIC verification. No exceptions are made under any circumstances. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 are immediately suspended.
Each individual may hold only one funpkr account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and results in permanent suspension of all associated accounts with forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All funpkr bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback — are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified on each bonus offer. Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is only available after full wagering completion.
Identity verification (KYC) using a valid Pakistani CNIC is required before your first withdrawal. funpkr reserves the right to request KYC at any point. In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires it, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
By accessing, registering with, or using funpkr in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — namely the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the funpkr platform. Continued use of funpkr following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and funpkr with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to that subject matter.
3.1 Age Requirement
The funpkr platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform. This minimum age requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions. It applies regardless of the age of majority applicable in any other context or jurisdiction.
3.2 Age Verification Process
At registration, you are required to provide your accurate date of birth. funpkr uses this declaration to perform an initial eligibility check. Before your first withdrawal, and at any point funpkr deems necessary, you are required to submit valid KYC documentation — including a Pakistani CNIC bearing your photograph and date of birth — to confirm your age.
3.3 Consequences of Underage Use
Where funpkr determines or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age:

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws applicable to them in their place of residence. funpkr accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
4.1 Registration Requirements
To register a funpkr account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and a password meeting minimum security requirements. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 One Account Per Person
Each natural person may maintain only one (1) active funpkr account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether sequentially or simultaneously, and whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. funpkr employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, funpkr reserves the right to merge or close all duplicate accounts, forfeit balances, and permanently ban the Player from the platform.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. funpkr will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify funpkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4.4 KYC Documentation
funpkr is required under its operating licence to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation required includes:

5.2 Deposit Processing
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your funpkr wallet within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take between 1–24 hours depending on banking system processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain network confirmations, which typically takes 10–30 minutes. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as otherwise permitted by funpkr at its discretion. KYC must be approved before any withdrawal is processed. Active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be completed before funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawal processing times:

funpkr reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, or where unusual activity is detected. 5.5 Currency
All real-money transactions on funpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges on PKR transactions. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed deposit. Conversion rates are displayed in the Cashier prior to deposit confirmation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through funpkr are subject to these general bonus terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of conflict between these general terms and the terms of a specific offer, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus credits are not immediately withdrawable. To convert bonus credits to withdrawable real money balance, you must complete the wagering requirement specified for the relevant bonus. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 25× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of PKR 25,000 on qualifying games before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

funpkr actively monitors bonus usage for abusive patterns. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: wagering on excluded games to circumvent contribution rates; low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is determined, funpkr reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6.5 Opt-In and Expiry
Some bonuses require active opt-in before making a qualifying deposit. Players who do not opt in prior to depositing are not entitled to retrospective bonus application. Bonuses have defined validity periods — upon expiry, any unconverted bonus balance and associated wagering progress is forfeited. Validity periods are specified on each bonus offer and displayed in the Bonus Centre of your account.
7.1 Game Availability

7.2 Game Fairness
All RNG-based games on funpkr use random number generation algorithms that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect theoretical long-term averages under independent testing conditions — individual sessions may vary significantly from the published RTP. funpkr does not alter or modify game RTPs from the values certified by the game provider.
7.3 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are operated by third-party live casino studios. These games are governed by the rules displayed within each game's interface. funpkr is not responsible for technical issues originating within the live studio environment, including camera or streaming failures. Where a live game round is interrupted due to technical failure before completion, the round outcome may be determined by the live studio provider's internal protocols.
7.4 Malfunctions and Errors
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software bug that results in an incorrect game result or pay-out calculation, funpkr reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's balance. Winnings paid in error due to a malfunction are not valid and may be reclaimed from the Player's balance. funpkr will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
All games display minimum and maximum stake amounts within the game interface. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted. funpkr reserves the right to impose additional stake limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion.
8.1 Bet Acceptance
funpkr reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any sports bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Bets are only confirmed when a confirmation message is displayed in your account. Until confirmation is received, a bet is not valid. Do not assume a bet is placed based on funds having been deducted from your balance — always verify the confirmation in your Bet History.
8.2 Odds and Pricing
Odds displayed on the funpkr sportsbook are expressed in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is accepted. funpkr operates on a best-efforts basis to display accurate real-time odds but accepts no liability for brief discrepancies during high-traffic periods (for example, during major PSL fixtures or ICC events).
8.3 Live In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily during significant match events (wickets, weather delays, DRS reviews, etc.). Bets submitted during suspension periods may not be accepted. funpkr is not liable for the inability to place or accept in-play bets during suspended periods.
8.4 Void Bets
funpkr reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement deadline; the bet was placed on an erroneous odd due to a technical error; the event result cannot be officially confirmed from official sources within the settlement period; or a regulatory instruction requires void settlement. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
8.5 Maximum Pay-Out
funpkr imposes maximum single-event and accumulator pay-out limits. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook rules section. Winnings exceeding the maximum pay-out cap are settled at the cap amount, regardless of the calculated winning amount at the displayed odds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on funpkr and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling funpkr to immediately suspend your account and void your balance:
10.1 Suspension by funpkr
funpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; regulatory requirement; or at funpkr's sole operational discretion where continued account operation is deemed inappropriate.
10.2 Closure by the Player
Players may close their funpkr account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closing an account, any pending withdrawal requests must be settled and real-money balance must be withdrawn. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon account closure. funpkr aims to process closure requests within 48 hours of receiving all necessary confirmation from the Player.
10.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. funpkr reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, up to the value of the remaining balance. Players will be notified by their registered contact method before dormancy fees commence. Dormancy fees will cease upon the Player returning to active use of the account.
All content on the funpkr platform — including but not limited to the funpkr brand name, logo, website design, game interface elements, textual content, graphics, and software — is the proprietary property of funpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the funpkr platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the funpkr platform.
Game titles, artwork, and software within the funpkr library are the intellectual property of the respective game providers and are licensed to funpkr for display purposes. Players acknowledge that they acquire no intellectual property rights in any game content through their use of the funpkr platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, funpkr's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your funpkr account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
funpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the funpkr platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of business opportunity; or emotional distress — regardless of whether funpkr had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
funpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond funpkr's control does not constitute a breach of these Terms and does not give rise to any claim for compensation.
funpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with them. By using funpkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process — including CNIC information and payment account details — is used exclusively for identity verification, regulatory compliance, payment processing, and fraud prevention purposes. This data is not sold to third parties. Data retention periods and your rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data are set out fully in the Privacy Policy.
funpkr operates SSL-encrypted connections for all data transmission between your device and our platform. Player account credentials are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing — passwords are never stored in retrievable plain-text form by funpkr.

Where material changes are made, funpkr will provide advance notice to Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substantive effect, or updates necessitated by regulatory changes — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication on the funpkr platform.
Your continued use of the funpkr platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the funpkr platform and contact support to close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which funpkr's operating licence is issued. Players acknowledge that this governing law may differ from the laws of the Republic of Pakistan.
16.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between a Player and funpkr, the Player should first contact funpkr's customer support team to attempt informal resolution. funpkr aims to resolve all Player complaints within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint, the Player may escalate the dispute to funpkr's licensing authority's dispute resolution process, details of which are available in funpkr's regulatory documentation accessible upon request from customer support.
16.3 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute shall be brought in your individual capacity only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
